Public IP request

In case you want to apply for a full routed public IP network, please fill out the documents below and attach it to your comissioning request.

 

There are 2 ways to apply for a /30 network: Either you sign the End User Disclaimer and attach it to the comissioning request, or you fill out the RIPE documents accoding to the downloadable description.

 

All networks /29 and larger only can get assigned with filled out RIPE documents plus a full validated network plan.

Activation NOC Telephone

To pass Cross Pole tests and adjust your terminal power, when you are near to your antenna and your satellite modem, you will need to contact our NOC team:

 

This is necessary to pass the final tests and activate your services. There are 2 ways to do this:
