Minumum Contract Period

In satellite industry there is "occasional" use and "full lease agreements".

Whereas occasional use services are extremely expensive, acceptable pricing levels can be achieved for longer term commitments.

That´s why all our contracts have a 12 months minimum contractual period and discounts are offered for longer time period contracts. As most of our services are individual customer solutions, this makes also sense for the customer.

For contracts cancelled before the end of the minimum contractual period, we have to charge early termination fees according to our GTBs (see above).
